Ich habe erst kürzlich von Manners Tod erfahren und möchte zunächst seinen Kindern Simone und Michael mein tiefstes Mitgefühl aussprechen. Manner war ein Mann der klaren Worte und er hatte wie seine Gattin sein Herz am rechten Fleck. Ich denke oft zurück an die Feiern in seiner Bar und die Frühschoppen Tags darauf. Er war einer von den Guten, die es leider nicht mehr allzu häufig gibt. Für mich wird er in ewiger Erinnerung bleiben.
