<p>Herzlichen Dank</p><p>Peter Meinsma<br />* 29. 11. 1946</p><p>† 18. 4. 2022</p><p>allen, die meinen lieben Mann und unseren fürsorglichen<br />Vater auf seinem letzten Weg begleiteten und uns durch<br />Wort und Schrift ihre Anteilnahme bekundeten und ihm<br />das letzte Geleit gaben. Die damit zum Ausdruck gebrachte<br />Verbundenheit hat uns tief bewegt.<br />Unser besonderer Dank gilt den Teams von Dr. Kloster,<br />der Palliativstation F03 des Klinikum Solingen<br />und des palliativen Hospiz SG, die sich liebevoll um Ihn<br />gekümmert haben.</p><p>Brigitte Meinsma und Familie.<br />Solingen, im Mai 2022</p>
